Users of the BoomBID Website can request and potentially secure discounted "last minute" hotel reservations within a 16 day check-in date.

The services offered by BoomBID (the "BoomBID Services") include the BoomBID Website and any and all components thereof, the "Reservation System" (as defined in the BoomBID Terms of Use) and all other services offered now or in the future by BoomBID.

Terms not otherwise defined in this Linking Policy have the meanings
ascribed to them in the BoomBID Terms of Use.

Linking TO the BoomBID Website

BoomBID does NOT endorse companies, products or services, and strictly prohibits any suggestion of endorsement, recommendation, or superiority of one company, product or service over another company, product or service.

A third party (you) may link to the BoomBID Website, provided that the third party acknowledges and agrees that:

(a)                 The link must be in a plain text-only format and does not use the BoomBID logo or any other BoomBID-related mark, with the exception of the BoomBID banners, badges and other marks supplied by BoomBID for the purposes of linking (see below).

(g)                 BoomBID does not allow the framing of the BoomBID Website.  When setting up a link to the BoomBID Website, the BoomBID Website must open in a new Web browser.  The Linking Website must not create a frame, browser or border environment around any of the content of the BoomBID Website, including any frame, browser or border environment containing any sponsorship, advertising or other commercial text or graphics;

(h)                The Linking Website must not contain materials that would violate any laws or contain content that could be construed as obscene, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to BoomBID.

(i)                  BoomBID may update this Linking Policy from time to time and any changes will be notified via an announcement on the BoomBID Website.  Such changes will be immediately effective after such notice has been posted.

(j)                  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Linking Policy, BoomBID reserves the right to deny or rescind permission to link to the BoomBID Website from any Linking Website and/or by any third party, and to require termination of any link to the BoomBID Website, for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of BoomBID.

(k)                The posting AND/or creation of any link to the BoomBID Website signifies that you have read this Linking Policy and agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein.
